we know, Time periode of simple pendulum,

T = 2*pi*sqrt(L/g)

here, L is length of the pendulum

g is acceleration due to gravity on the planet

so,

T_mars/T_earth = sqrt(g_earth/g_mars)

T_mars = T_earth*sqrt(g_earth/g_mars)


= 2*sqrt(9.8/3.71)

= 3.25 s <<<<<<<<<<<<-------------Answer
