Ans are ATP production and NAD plus Oxidation.

Glycolysis occurs before the Kreb's cycle and generates 2 molecules of pyruvic acid(3C) from one molecule of glucose(6C).

-It have 3 steps(I) phosphorylation of sugar

(II) splitting of sugar

(III) formation of pyruvic acid(2 molecules)

-In the 1st and 2nd phase energy is used from ATP to convert glucose to 2 molecules of 3-phosphoglyceraldehyde.

-In the 3rd phase ATP produced and NAD+ also produced.

-since the glycolysis is an anaerobic process so the NAD+ is oxidized to generate NADPH2 latter in presence of oxygen it generates 3 ATP from each.
