• 1)RBC don't have​​​ nucleus it increases surface area.  
• contains pigment hemoglobin. That combines with oxygen give them bright red colour, make RBC unique.
• ​​​​​​2) new blood cells made in bone marrow. Here spongy tissue present it contains parent cross called stem cells. And these stem cells make copies spread themselves and produce mature blood cells.
• 3) main function of platelet is wound healing.Platelets are attracted to injured tissue and promote clotting. Platelets rich in antigens and regulation of inflammation.
• 4) body stops bleeding by the process called hemostasis. Means it's an innate response for the body to Stop bleeding. And also one more response that is coagulation. Means platelets which forms fine threads make molecular glue. That makes Stop bleeding.
• 5) hemoglobin improperly form long chain gives cells its shape and prevent uptake of oxygen & nutrients. This cell shape causes blockage & get stucked in small blood vessels cause pain & tissue damage.
• 6) due to the lack of nucleus they do not contain DNA so cannot synthesis RNA so they do not further divide and inability to carry protein synthesis. No nucleus inorder to have​​​​​​​ more space to carry oxygen.
