I'd like to express my deepest appreciation for your excellent quality product. It not only met our expectations but also surpassed them.would surely like to do business with you in future.

Here,I want to draw your kind attention to the mismatching quantities.I did ordered for three display glass cases but to my surprise I have received four instead of three.

As the cases are too large and heavy and also their handling requires extra care ,my bakery is too small to accommodate an extra display glass case.Its shipping is time consuming and expensive on my end.so I hereby request you to make arrangement for its pickup as soon as possible.
