Ethics is not just a word its a definition to many problems and doubts. Many individuals believe that a set of social conventions or a religious decree has something or the other to do with ethics. We do not typically regard this as the definition of ethics in professional philosophy. The study of what is good and bad could be called philosophical ethics. In general, philosophical ethics is mainly concerned with that of the discovery of a theory or a notion that can be used in practical life to determine and understand who or what is good or right, or with the evaluation of schemes or philosophies as recommended or suggested by others. The past's ethical theories were of many kinds. Aristotle suggested a virtue theory, a concept that was already component of Greek culture. The consequentialism was another prominent theory. This theory involves the utilitarianism of John Stuart Mill and focuses on the effects of one's actions from his name. A third popular theory of ethics is deontology, with Kant being its primary proponent. In a very narrow sense, deontology is the study of commitments. It tries to divine the commitments that each person maintains from reason alone merely because he is a rational being.

Virtue Ethics - Virtue ethics are normative ethical theories that emphasize mental virtues, personality, and sincerity. Virtue ethicists talk about the nature and definition of virtues and other associated issues that focus on the effects of action. These include how virtues are obtained, how they are implemented in different situations of actual life, and whether they are rooted in a universal human nature or cultures plurality. In this way we can say that the individuals that concerned or working for or in the business organization have to take care of the aspects by considering the protection of the environment. These also say that the business organization should understand it's actions and virtues before doing some act by considering the environment.

Consequentialism - Consequentialism is the class of normative ethical concepts that hold that the effects of one's behavior are the ultimate foundation for any judgement of that behavior's rightness or wrong. Thus, from a consequentialist point of view, an act that is morally correct (or omitted from acting) will generate a good result or result. By this theory we can understand that the business must understand the rightness and wrongness of any activity before doing it so that the activity can be good and cause good to the business organization as well as the environment too.

Deontology - The normative ethical theory is in moral philosophy that the morality of an action must be founded not on the effects, but on whether this activity itself is correct or wrong according to a range of rules. Sometimes it is referred to as ethics based upon duty, obligation, or rules. By this theory we can understand that in the philosophy of ethics it is the the duty or the obligation on the part of the business to protect the environment and consider it actions before doing them and also should morally act in a right way and also the acts should be good in itself.
