Influenza vaccine that protect you from getting the flu . It is a viral respiratory disease that spread very quickly. The best wat to prevent the flu is to get vaccinated. The flu vaccines are completely safe . You can't catch the flu from the vaccine, because the virus in the vaccine hasbeen killed or weakened. The live vaccines are never recommented for for people with a weaker than normal immune system. so the flu vaccines are 100% sure it will not make you sick.
