Answer #1

The potential conflict which could arise in this scenario would be the management and the controlling process regarding the work allotment of the final project. It is very obvious that four students who haven't met in physical are given a task to perform in a team would cause a lot of management and controlling problems. They won't be able to perform their tasks effectively in a team as they haven't met yet thus no personal relations are made either making them not to connect and develop team work in their performance. This could simply lead to management and controlling problems as the students won't be able to manage thier tasks effectively and that cause lead to conflicts among them making them not to perform as per the standards and losing marks out of their final grade.

The only potential solution of this is to first make them all to meet physically. Before assigning the tasks to them make sure they know each other and can develop effective relationships in the team to work and divide the work accordingly. This thing would make sure the controlling and the managing process done to achieve the group success for the final project grade is effectively implemented.
