As per Chegg answering guidelines, I'm answering only the first 4 parts:-

1) a) Combinational Circuit:

Combinational circuits are those circuits which do not depend on time or clock cycles and the output depends only on the present input.

b) Sequential Circuit:

Sequential circuits are those circuits which depend on time or clock cycles and the output depends on both the present input as well as the previous output.

c) Sequential circuits output depends on both the present input as well as the previous output whereas combinational circuit outputs only depend on the present input. Moreover, Sequential circuits depend on clock cycles whereas combinational circuits do not depend on clock cycles.

2) a) 1111 0111 + 1101 0101 = 11001100

As two negative numbers are giving a negative number so, there is no overflow.
