the Debroglie wavelength , lamda = 1 * 10^-15 m

let the kinetic energy of the nucleus be KE

the Debroglie wavelength , lamda = 1 * 10^-15 m

lamda = h /sqrt(2 * m * KE)

1 * 10^-15 = 6.634 * 10^-34 /(sqrt(2 * 1.67 * 10^-27 * KE))

solving for KE

KE = 1.31 * 10^-10 J

the kinetic energy of nucleus is 1.31 * 10^-10 J
