Answer #1

Total volume required is 40*5= 200 40 tubes 5 ml each that is

200ml of broth is required.

If rehydration is done to nutrient broth 1000ml that is 1litre contains 10gram .so for 200ml in 40 tubes that

1000ml = 10g

200ml=x ?

Cross multiply

X=200*10/1000

=2grams of rehydrated broth is required.
