Answer #1

Ans : Discrete Quantitative:

Discrete Quantitative:data have finite values, or buckets. we can count them. Data on the number of books students each year is Discrete Quantitative, as we can count them and are whole numbers only like 1,2,3,4,5,6 etc. Discrete data is a count that can't be made more precise. Typically it involves integers.

Qualitative data deals with characteristics and descriptors that can't be easily measured, but can be observed subjectively—such as smells, tastes, textures, attractiveness, and color.

Data on the number of books students each year can be measured and hence not a qualitative data.

Continuous Quantitative data, on the other hand, could be divided and reduced to finer and finer levels. For example, you can measure the height of your kids at progressively more precise scales—meters, centimeters, millimeters, and beyond—so height is continuous data.

whereas Data on the number of books students each year can only be measured by counting, hence Discrete Quantitative
