Project Purpose or Justification	ABC is a utility company and has 2000 employees. A third-party security audit identified the security maturity of ABC as quite low. To remediate such audit findings, ABC’s management started working on the process and doing improvement in Security awareness program, further they have also started approving funding for that project as necessary and to go with improvement in Security awareness program. ABC’s PMO office has assigned Andrew as a PM, and Andrew is responsible for planning and implementing this project, Again organization is required to ensure and maintain compliance with the associated Industry standard, as Organization handles various data, those also are required to comply with such practices and standards, again employees also may expose greatest amount of risk, thus we need Security awareness program to cut down such issues or tremendous risk to the ABC Company,
Business Need or Business Case	The security management of the ABC Company was found to be very poor and quite low, by an audit company. Hence, it has increased the need for a security awareness program, thus successfully implementing such kind of project help organization to keep more secured, friendly and compliant,
Goal of the Project	Here, Goal of the Project is to Create an effective and engaging security awareness program which will help to make ABC company highly secured and compliant over time, so that company can become user friendly and gain reputation over time,
Project Objective	• To minimize or reduce the security glitches and issues by 15% by the end of May 2019 • To improve the overall security awareness of the company • Project has to be implemented, which will keep changing employee’s behaviors and also will mitigate related/applicable negative risk to the organization • Project also must ensure that all the stakeholders will gain sufficient needed knowledge and comply with legal formalities, related policies, processes and procedures • Project will also implement various associated metrics as required for Security Awareness program, • Project will also ensure that handling rate of responses of the incident, arrange training to their employee on how to identify and resolve such an incident
Critical Success Factors	• Project should take necessary support from their stakeholders and will help to fulfill the project objective, • Talent Management, taking view and advisory of Consultants and Experts, Effective Employee Engagement and Team work, all such necessary and will help to meet the project Objective,
Project Assumptions	• To implement this security Awareness program, organization will acquire both internal and others functional resources along with consider consulting and vendors support or outsourcing of Resources • Project will take/consider support from Top Management and Executives, also will consider Communication related support from Marketing department • Project team also will connect to various network and service operations center for any purpose of issues if coming and arrange for solution,
High level Project Scope and Requirements	• Project will also focus on the need of approval process for the purpose of implementing Security Awareness Program • Project will prepare various strategic issues as applicable and make a Change management committee, steering committee and will prepare the process flow for any changes to be occurred, and ensure the steps as required for how they will be managing such changes • The high level requirement will also include information about the annual training data, quarterly goal setting data and how project and employee performance to be evaluated and reported accordingly • The requirement of the project includes documenting Execution plan and how the approval process will go • Project has to identify who will be responsible for the security awareness project, will prepare Project Management plan and will prepare a RACI Chart and communication Plan for implementing the project, again project will define, how the security awareness program to be implemented
