Researchers wish to test weather marijuana use among full time students aged 19-22 at a local university is different from the percent of students who report using marijuana at the national level. At the national level, 21 % of full time college students aged 19-22 reported using marijuana at least once in the past 30 days. Among a random sample of 100 students 18% reported they used marijuana at least once in the past 30 days. Run the appropriate test at a=.05
