A gene contains three exons of 300bp, 60bp, and 120bp. This gene codes for two different proteins, one that is160 amino acids long, and a second that is 140 amino acids long. Propose a model of alternative splicing for this gene that can account for these facts.

Alternative splicing, or differential splicing, is a regulated process during gene expression that results in a single gene coding for multiple proteins. In this process, particular exons of a gene may be included within or excluded from the final, processed messenger RNA (mRNA) produced from that gene.

So here in case of proteins with one that is160 amino acids takes origination from all three exons whereas for second amino acids 60 bp get spliced and 140 amino acids protein formed.
