1= The visions of excellence in the management is that the basic objective of the management is to ensure that the organizational goals are met and the prime responsibility of the managerial functions is to make sure that all the required resources ( man, machine, material, method) are present when these are needed. The management or leadership is really tested during the most demanding period of time and the real leader is one who always leads from the front and has a good relationship or interpersonal association with the team. Tea is the real source of motivation and facilitation that is available to the manager or the leader.

2= The slogan that can express the visions can be seen as “ developing a team of resourceful team players who can be proved a real asset to the organization during the demanding time”. The main logic behind this statement is that the real strength of any organization remains or lies in the manpower that is being possessed by the organization and the team is the greater source of resources as it combines the efforts and energy of the manpower to meet the expectations of the stakeholders, shareholders and the organization.

3= The 5 most important elements of the vision are stated below=

1. Team playing and mutual association and collaboration are the keys to success and success of the team depends on the level of mutual harmony these team players have among each other
2. The task of the manager or the leader is not only to lead the team but also to ensure the proper interaction and communication among them
3. The management or leadership is the real success factor that boosts the efforts of the team
4. Resource management, manpower management and dealing with the uncertainty are the main elements of an effective leadership
5. The leadership or management determines the success of the organization
