Unified performance management system can be formed that would include individual differences buy formulating goal for every individual in the organisation which is aligned with the mission statement of the organisation. It is important to customise goals for every individual based on the strength and weakness of a particular individual and the job assigned to the individual. It is also important to track individual performance on a weekly and monthly basis and provide them with feedback to help them achieve their goals.
The leader of a particular team should be able to analyse individual performances on regular basis and provide required guidance to build sufficient skills to accomplish the assigned goals. Providing incentive to an individual based on the performance can also play a crucial role in motivating the employee to exceed the leader's expectations and perform better.
