Ony sugar is a compound but with tea it becomes a mixture so option A is incorrect.

Sugar is a compound its not an element, so option C is incorrect.

Sugar is mixed with each proportion of tea in equal amount thus it is not considered as heterogeneous mixture, so option D is incorrect.
