Can anyone suggest or refer me to some primary research articles on the livestock industry and its environmental impact? Anything that has to do with the meat or dairy industry and its impact on global warming and climate change due to greenhouse gas emissions, etc. Looking for peer-reviewed, primary research articles, for an annotated bibliography.
