You have a culture of THP-1s that need to be sub-cultured in a 24-well plate prior to compound treatment. Walk me through the steps of passaging a primary culture while also preparing a 24-well plate. Assume the primary culture has 2 million cells and you are resuspending the pellet in 3ml of medium prior to re-plating. (Include calculations).
