The three key aspects of management industrial relations staff structure are-

1- Promotion and development of healthy labor-management relations means management of industrial relations should promote the healthy relationship between employee and employee which should try to develop by doing fair treatment and making business suitable for work. when there is fair treatment and good working conditions then industrial relations would be healthy and developed.

2- Maintenance of industrial peace and avoidance of industrial strife- strife or conflicts are factors which cause employee employee relations bitter . management industrial relations staff structure should try to keep the peach and avoid such conflicts at any cost because this would give nothing to either of the side.

3- Development of industrial democracy - democracy is very important to manage industrial relations effectively. Industrial democracy is an arrangement which involves workers making decisions, sharing responsibility and authority in the workplace. it helps the workers to know that they have freedom, value and respect from side of employer which helps to make good industrial relations.
