The dotted line should not be a straight line, instead it should be a significantly smaller bell shaped curve in comparison with the first one.

The transpiration rate is the measure of hydraulic conductance in a plant. The species A is found to have increased transpiration rate of about nearly 2 in the mid of the day, where as the species 2 has lesser transpiration which is around 0.5 which shows that the species two have relatively lesser hydraulic conductance than the species 1.
