ANS: into the screen.

Use Right hand Thumb Rule or Screw Rule. The rule states that if the thumb points in the direction of current then curling of fingers will give the direction of magnetic field. Here current is flowing upwards, so when right hand thumb points upwards, curling of fingers gives the direction of magnetic field as anti clockwise. Therefore, at point P field is into the screen.
