• The child care policies are tum privately , not through governments.
• These child care policies are quite costly , that means low income parents are at a complete loss .
• There are no preschool one or two year before the school entry .
• There are 12 months of maternity leave after giving birth . Out of these ,only 8 months are paid and the 4 months are unpaid leave .
• There are no paternity leave , the father has to take unpaid leave for the child
