This is done by the federal government to ensure that there is always going to be care options available for those individuals who can not afford the care needed. This will be done by creating insurance programs that are very cheap or even in some cases free for those individuals who need the assistance. When the roles of the state government come in they are the ones that will take things to the next highest level by making sure that companies do not keep fluctuating the prices for the services performed this will ensure that there will be one set price for the services performed. This will ensure that there will be one set price for all services being performed and that price will never change or become higher due to inflation of services.
