Molecular equation is:

2Cr(NO3)3 (aq) + 3Na2CO3 (aq) —> Cr2(CO3)3 (s) + 6NaNO3 (aq)

To get ionic equation convert each aqueous component to ions

2Cr3+(aq) + 6 NO3- (aq) + 6Na+(aq) + 3CO32- (aq) —> Cr2(CO3)3 (s) + 6Na+(aq) + 6NO3- (aq)

To get net ionic equation, remove common ions from both sides,

2Cr3+(aq) + 3CO32- (aq) —> Cr2(CO3)3 (s)
