As we know that the formation constant is related to the conditional formation constant by the following formula:

Kf' = Kf x \alpha Y4- ........(1)

Given, logKf = 10.69

=> Kf = 10​​​​10.69 = 4.9 x 1010

\alphaY4- = 0.36

Putting this in equation (1), we get

Kf' = 4.9 x 1010 x 0.36 = 1.76 x 1010

Hence, conditional formation constant is 1.76x1010
