Job E Flow time = 2

No delay

Job D Flow time = 2+3

= 5

Job C Flow Time = 5+5

= 10

Job A Flow time = 10+6

= 16

Delay = 16-11

= 5

Job B flow time = 16+7

= 23

Delay = 23-16

= 7

Total Delay (5+7)

= 12

Average delay = 12/5

= 2.4
