Here I am going to describe what type of competitive did founders of Cirque du Soleil make when they created Cirque du Soleil along with the advantages and disadvantages did cirque du Soleil have after the company was created in 1984.

Cirque du Soleil is a Québec-based company organization that provides entertainment for people to earn money and profit. The headquarter of cirque du Soleil are in Montreal, Canada. And the revenue earnings of cirque du Soleil in an average year is 84.5 crores USD approximately.

There are some competitive moves that the cirque du Soleil made when they created Cirque du Soleil such as:-

1) ALTERNATIVE FORM OF ENTERTAINMENT:- cirque du Soleil created an alternative form of entertainment to entertain people in more than 150 areas and by doing this they reach great success.

2) UNCONTESTED MARKET PLACE:- instead of computing in the Red sea they created the idea of Blue sea strategy which let them to the uncontested market place where the competition was irrelevant because they were the only ones.

3) WORD OF MOUTH:- they give people what people wanted or what they promised to give as they provide the kind of entertainment or the quality to the people they promised for.

Advantages of cirque du Soleil:-

1) UNCONTESTED MARKET PLACE:- it is noted that with the Blue Ocean strategy there is a creation of an uncontested market place which has really given advantages to cirque du Soleil.

2) FIRST MOVER ADVANTAGE:- they took advantage of a first-mover advantage as they didn't find it meaningful to compete in the red sea as they created theirs on the Blue Ocean strategy.

Disadvantages of cirque du Soleil:-

1) INCREASING COMPETITION:- as the passage of time the competition has increased a lot and cirque du Soleil has many competitors to compete with now.

2) LOYAL TO GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP:- the business should be loyal to global citizenship and should also contribute to the social attributes of society.
