Therefore, the estimate of p is:

P = 203 = 0.53 = 108

At 1% level of significance, we want to test the claim that more than half of all those using the drug experienced relief.

The hypothesis are:

Null Hypothesis: Ho :p < 0.50

Alternative hypothesis: H1 :p> 0.50

The test statistic is:
