Generally, motivation means which moves behavior. Almost whatever we are doing it can be explained in terms of motivation only.Motivation is a powerful tool to move towards your ultimate goal.

1) In Carol s condition where she is very bright and friendly but she lost her interest in doing the math.In her condition

The general motivational approach will be "Praise Success"

A specific action will be arranging some kind of rewards or some realistic praising for instance. Time to time to recognition of her hard work, some kind of awards like a pen or some stationery item, some kind praising words or gestures in front of peers by the mentor. It will inspire her to do good work and be on here standards.

2).In Mike's situation where he is attentive, involved during classes but not participating in interaction or discussion. It might possible he is lacking the confidence to talk in front of all.

The general motivational approach will be "Structure a cooperative learning task".

A specific action will be built into a structure that may be thought of as classroom activities(Kagan). These activities will ensure interpersonal relationships among peers which improve self-esteem, interactional discussion with achievement. What Mike needs in his performance.

3).In Jody's situation where he is a very bright intelligent boy with disruptive behavior.May be caused by his brother's behavior.

The general motivational approach will be "Arrange extrinsic rewards"

A specific action will be arranging some good praising or small gifts for specific behavior. That will help him to improve his good deeds and behavior in classroom. For example if he will show some discipline or some good gestures mentor can him praising in front of peers, candies, or some kind of facility in the classroom.

4).In Mary's situation where she is a messy kid but the hopeful thing is she listens to teachers and by that, she improved little bit.

The general motivational approach will be "Use individualized instructions."

A specific action will be making some individualized goals for her and involve her in a positive and productive way. Where she can do appropriate activities that can help her to improve. Even assisting her in some of the chores will be nice and useful deeds.
