A random sample of 200 employees at a company shows that 84 drive US made automobiles (the rest drive imported cars even though some are made in the USA).  Form a 90% confidence interval for the proportion of all employees who drive US made cars.  The interval is 0.42 plus-or-minus what margin of error?
