Ans- The environmental factors responsible for the California's agricultural diversity can be enlisted as below

a) Great variation in elevations it has highest  peaks and deepest valleys

b) Precipitation differences some areas are driest deserts while some are visited by highest rainfalls which is more than 100 inch per year

c)  There are many varieties of soils that are found in California supporting many types of agricultural crop growth

d) The seasonal distribution in California is quite unequal as it has short rainy season and log growing season .

Ans - Dynamic quality of California's agriculture is attributed to its environment which works as a green house maintained at higher temperature for the growth of tropical crops and fruits.

Ans- After 1848 the area that was under agriculture was less than 10000 acres but Franciscans had large gardens which helped in swift shift to the agriculture land Franciscans came from Spain and Mexico and had brought seeds with them which adopted the environment successfully.
