Amazon Interview Selection Process:

Company conducts recruitment process every year to select new candidates. The selection process of the company consists of mainly 3 rounds like:

  • Written Exam
  • Technical Interview
  • HR Interview

Further for top level positions jobs, Amazon mainly rely on leadership principles and expect the following :

  • Leaders should earn and keep customer trust.
  • Leaders are owners. They think long term and don’t sacrifice long-term value for short-term results. And willing to do any type of work for the growth of company.
  • Leaders should always accept new things and do work in more simple way
  • Leaders should have strong judgment and good instincts
  • Leaders should be curious of learning new things
  • Leaders recognize subordinate employees exceptional talent, and willingly move them throughout the organization
  • Leaders are continually raising the bar and drive their teams to deliver high quality products
  • Leaders think big
  • Leaders willing to take risk
  • Leaders earn trust from people they work with
  • Leaders deliver quality results within required time frame.
