"I’m making your grades available to you via the course grade book. As many of you already know, you can use excel to calculate your weighted grade. For this discussion post, please compose a post that describes how you’d do that (calculate weighted grades). Remember that you may have a better understanding of how to do this than other students in the class, so please be as thorough as possible, don’t make assumptions that everyone knows everything you know."

Explanation:

For calculating H column we will use excel formula Average, which takes two argument, i.e. start and end value to calculate average.

Similarly we'll calculate Quiz Average, i.e I column and Homework Column, i.e J.

Then we'll calc Weighted Average, that will be 10% of Homework average, 35% of Quiz Avg and 55% of Test Avg making it total of 100%.

For which we use 0.1*HomeworkAverage + 0.35*QuizAvg +0.55*TestAverage.

On the basis of weighted Average we'll calc Weighted grade,

that if if weighted average is greater tha 80 than 'A', if between 70 and 80 then 'B' else 'C'.

At other times, the merger is unpredictable, like when your business faces an unexpected auto accident, product recall, or government regulation change.
