Answer #1

The nature of work, the business world, the consumers are all on a constant change and this would mean that employees need to keep themselves updated in terms of their knowledge, skills and the ability to function in a competitive environment. Employees who get the training and advice would be able to be more productive and active in their work place which would benefit the organization in return. When employees get enough training and respect, their confidence level will go up and they would remain trustworthy to the organization. However, when employees do not receive any training or promotion would feel demotivated and would find their job a burden. This would mean that their contribution at the workplace, their interpersonal relationship, their loyalty to the company etc. would all be affected which would have a very negative influence in the quality of the products and services they offer and would spoil the reputation of the company.
