Answer: Licensed nurse works under the instructions of the registered nurse. There should be more focus on the practical things and knowledge rather than theories in the schools. There is much need of learning things and performance. Not everything can be learnt in the schools but while performing the task and duties we learn lots of things.

One should be able to learn cultural differences so as to oberover with the problem of communication or other things with the patient and his family. Managing patient's documents and interviewing about their health is not that much easy if there would be communication problem. So being a healthcare professionals one must know about the cultural competence.
