please write a reflective journal of 500 words for learning a new skill. by following these criteria

The new skill can be any skill, i just want to know how people write this type of writing and use it as a sample for my assignment at the same time.

but if you don't know what skill to write about and if i have to choose, then i will go with learning a new computer language, c++, java etc.

My new skill is diagnosing a patient  which i gained when i got graduate in medicine after passing my final medical exams. This is a skill for me and it would also be a new skill for all health care workers i think because before entering into medical college i know nothing or very little about the diseases and treatments but after getting admission i start realising that only prescribing medicines to a patient is not only a job of doctor but also you have a skill to diagnose patient.

My routinised practices informed my creative skills by many ways when my practise as a intern begins i started seeing patient a lots of patient comes with differnet problems i take proper history of these patient and then examine then i think about the negative history to rule out other systems then i go through all my knowledge which i gained during my studies and by seeing results of some investigations i finally made my diagnosis and prescribed treatment. When i started to see many patients that daily 30 to 70 patient per day i think that my skills are improving day by day initially i had to go through my books again and again and lots of time is taken by me to make a diagnosis but now i make it very easily and many other ways like attending seminars, workshops, and teaching my students my skills are improving day by day.

I really feel amazing from this experience i get a very good feeling when patient says now i am totally well doctor lots of respect in society and trust of people which reduces your tiredness and give a motivating boost up to me when i was in depression. My experience was really amazing

i have learned many things about me from this experience just like about my nature and way of talking, before getting admission into medical university my nature is not very good i.e rude behaviour i got angry if  someone even speaks me loud but now my nature is totally changed i think your nature and way of talking to a patient like sympathy towards patient if he /she is discussing there problems will give a healing effect to their problems.I have also learned that my behaviour towards my seniors is also changed when i was in my class 12 i donot respect my seniors but now i respect them like my parents.

I worked hard in my studies i had properly attend my lectures, my demonstrations classes and my seminars i daily go library for my self studies. I also visit hospital at night where i practice examination on patient which i learned during my wards. i see videos and lectures on internet to built my concepts my teachers my seniors and my parents also helped me alot for achieving my goal.

The way of history taking and examination of patient i learned during my ward timing the same i applied in my practice and i got results also. Some mistakes i still do but this never repeated again.
