Imagine that it is 5:00 on a Saturday afternoon. You are walking through the mall after a full day of playing arcade games, watching a movie, and shopping without having a meal. As you pass the food mall, use each of the internal and external factors related to hunger and eating to describe why you stop to eat, and what choices you might make.

Some internal and external factors that would influence me to eat will include hunger pangs, tiredness, appetite for eating, sight of food, smell and aroma of food, feelings of dizziness and nausea of not having eaten for long time and exerting myself playing games and shopping on an empty stomach, possible headache and dehydration, seeing other people at the food mall eating good food, the thought of traveling back home from the mall and needing to fill my stomach before I can start my journey home so as not to feel hungry on the way etc.

The choices I might make will be based on the current mood or craving for any specific item, maybe some fast food so I can have it quicker on my table than waiting for a long time, popularity of a brand or restaurant, food that will energize and rejuvenate me etc.
