Answer #1

Psycho-dynamic approach is also known as psycho-dynamic psychology. It mainly focuses on various psychological forces. These forces are important in determining the human behaviour. It also causes major impacts of human emotions. These behaviours combine with various past experiences and help in shaping the personality of a person.

Behavioural approach tells the story and impacts of observation. It says that human behaviour is measurable. It also says that human behaviour can be learned through simple observation. New behaviour keep on adding with each and every observation.

Phenomenological approach is a qualitative approach. It is also known as a psychological study with subjective experiences. It describes that how a human experience a certain phenomenon. It does not take biased behaviour with seriousness. It also tries to avoid preconceived assumptions. So, it is a study of phenomenon without any assumptions and preconceptions.

I think behavioural approach is easier to study. It depends on observation and its findings. It does not involve any hidden factor. Its interpretation can easily be done through the assistance of various statistical and mathematical tools and techniques.

Psycho-dynamic approach is hardest one to test. It involves several factors working together at the same time. Some factors may be visible but some may exist in hidden form. This situation generates a complex situation. It makes process of interpretation of result a tedious and perplex task to accomplish.
