In order to overcome this kind of scenario, the presenter needs to come up with the new ideas and good presentation skills so that it can create a good impression and interest among the audience.

The exterior barriers can be seen as the small conference room, improver air-conditioning, malfunctioning of the portable microphone. In order to overcome these barriers, the auditorium should be large enough to accommodate the expected number of viewers and must have proper air conditioning. The microphone must be check and tested before the presentation.
