Answer #1

Post-conventional Level of Moral Reasoning is related with understanding the concept of morality. It provides a sense that something is wrong. It inspires people to raise voice against the injustice. They also become motivated for ensuring wellness to each and everyone.

An abstract thinking gets developed in this stage of moral reasoning. People also talk about universal ethical laws. If a child is having some sorts of learning disability then also such child should not be sent to special school. We should consider disable child with some "different ability".

No two children can be same. Some children start learning at later stage of their lives. Inclusive education should be promoted in society. If every type of student learn together then this helps in overall development of children. They learn to interact with people of different different abilities.

This brings a flexibility in their behavior. Special training should be provided to teachers so that they can handle every type of children. We should keep focus on the fact that in any case; children's confidence should not be harmed.

They should be promoted to actively participate in different activities taking place in classroom. Cognitive abilities of children should not get harmed due to any kind of discriminatory action.
