Balance of dichotomy is essential in political and administration majorly because political actions or plans have some propoganda over their upcoming elections and creating a favorable environment for their political growth. At the same time administration activities like planning and controlling should create a unique practice that should prevent political parties to create lobbying and other favortism. Administration should focus on sustainability and long term existrnce. Good balance between both can be created by

• Following rules and regulations
• Review meetings which both parties should express their concerns and gaps
• Proper planning and controlling measurements with clear objective and SMART goals
• Seek expert opinions and legals supports whenever it is necessary.
