Why it is important to recognize team problems early?

It can be said that team problems spread quickly in a team so it needed for a managers to identify them as early as possible. Team problems lead to have increase in the misunderstandings in team which lead to have argument and ultimately affect in the productivity. Again, it also affects employee motivation and in the long run affects employee turnover rate in an organization. This is why team problems need to be recognized earlier so to avoid these problems.
