i have an assignment to find an article about (Problem: Savers has various reward and incentive programs, which is great for employees but because the company has many programs this may lead to value being taken away from Saver's mission and goals. )

Savers are those who cut downs the excessive money usage by their shear presence of mind and intelligence and by saving the consumption and spending which results the company to be provided in the good state or in profit. Usually Savers are being respected and noticed by top management and colleague working in the same company. In fact the Savers are being honored in company's annual meeting and they get bonus and gift from the top executives of the company which boosts up the confidence of the  individual and inspire other employees to work more efficiently and with more productivity.

As a business leader one has to capitalize on what to do with the good employees and for that do whatever it takes to squeeze the best performance from your team, and set them up for a real task which provides a great result in the end. Some incentives can also be given such as

• Holiday in the Sun, on the Company

• Office Perks

• Holiday in the Sun, on the Company

• Camp Out in the Corner Office

• Dinner with the Boss

• Assistant for the Week

• The Best Parking Spot

• Free Lunch for the Team

• Office Update Budget.

But in Daily out coming of the Usual routine savers are do not get recognized after all so you can do a bit for them as You can give a badge of appreciation in order to get recognized and being respected in the work space. More the prizes more bigger the office, one can be given the stripes on the dress to get recognized.
