The core values of the conservatives are:

• They want to follow the traditions of their ancestors. They think that it is their pride and they do not want to break the path of their an ancestors. In some communities religious prejudices are the major factors. They are satisfied in maintaining them.
• In some communities there are certain customs like lack of interest in women's freedom.
• There are some communities that like to observe their own laws as Sariat laws. Their social customs like marriage, funeral activities are performed with these laws.
• Some communities observe social hierarchy and they are pleased to maintain this.
• There are some communities who believe in the existence of spirits. They bear lot of supernatural faiths.
• In some communities dowry system is a proud practice.

So the candidate of this place should maintain some rules like:

• In the campaign the candidate must not use such words that may hurt their religious sentiments.
• The candidate must maintain a balance between ideology and progress.
• The candidate must study the local culture before going there for campaign.
• The candidate should not talk of any reformation that modern civilization demands.
• The candidate does not need to impart any moral teaching.
• The candidate must obey the people's demand and promise to solve such basic problems.
