  • Be open minded to listen to others before finalising a task ,this will improve a greater level to reach success
  • Be analytical by properly getting a detailed information about any problems
  • Making a good interpersonal skill by breaking any conflicts

The leadership concepts and techniques like being transformational , authoritative,participative,etc., can enhance the performance of the concerned employees and direct and guide them to the target.These techniques makes every individuals to be responsible and be a part and work towards a common goal.
