   1) Chief administrative Officer, this officer will be having the same power of a chief operating executive and in some cases they are believed as in the same position.The chief administrative officer is mainly accountable for leading and controlling  the organization in a smooth way and lining up the company's goals.

2) Chief Clinical Officer, these type of officers are very usual for healthcare systems and doctors will be filling this role.These persons will be doing their job by supervising patient commitment and clinical quality results.

3) Chief Financial Officer, these individuals will take responsibility of the financial team of the healthcare centers like hospitals and are also accountable for making a good financial future.They are capable of making many kind of policies for financial development.

4) Chief Information Officer, this Officer will supervise the IT section and create technology based buying decisions in healthcare organization.And these Officers will be doing their job with other C-suiters to make ideas for developing amount of digital details accumulated at the hospitals to help other health IT enterprise.

5) Chief Medical Information Officer, they supervise the choosing and execution of EHR as the IT sections cooperation with the clinical employee.
