Answer: What makes this organization so special is the blue box values, culture, integrity, customer service and taking care of the employees so special and important. It makes the employees take pride in what they do.
Why do other companies find it difficult to mimic this organization?
Answer: Other companies find it difficult to mimic this organization because of the high level of customer service and the ethics and the transparency the company follows. It treats its card members as an asset which needs to be served with the best. Hence they make their product a premium offering and commits themselves to work according to the given policies, and framework to ensure no deviation. They are extremely strict in terms of their policies which helps enhance transparency.

Answer: If some other organization mimic's the same value system and the culture to serve the employees it can also be successful. However, such a level of service and culture can be attained after years of hard work and dedication.
