1. As per my organizational structure , our organization is the e-commerce industry base. Where we are dealing with FMCG food items, Electronics goods, Clothes etc. Basically we are top distributor under amazon, flipkart, snapdeal platform. We have different types of category to sell the products. We recently work through offline and online portal. So that the business model is little different from Starbucks . But yes we also deal with B2B/ B2C business model. So that FMCG goods market basically we are dealing under B2C and small portion of B2B.

It is little complex type business. Where we need to deal with around 400 brands and 25000 products line. So that it is little difficult. We are now working under various platforms so that we follow some business models like seller flex, drop-ship, etc. We have almost been working with five different web portal so that it is very much important here. We need to understand this.

There are different types of roles and department present here. As per the roles , we have seven departments like HR,Category team,Operation ,Finance, General Trade, Graphics design, Export & import team. Here they have different roles over here. Different department responsibility will affect to each department. It is very important part to increase productivity under this organizations. We need to understand this thing very well.

Yes our organization is working with many business. We have four group of companies. Each company is working with different manifesto . Different segments are present like food products, electronics goods, baby care division, Home & kitchen Division etc. Different organization is very much important to grow the business. Increase business process we need to increase this division.

2. Core competences :

If we segregate under different types of competences then:

Skill based: Here Skillful person are more than other organization . Here we have a very well skilled data analyst team. so that it is very important part over here.

Innovative idea based: Innovation part is very much important here . A well established Innovative team is also present here they basically lead the overall business with highly designed well organized manner.

Problem solving ability: This part is best part to energize the whole team very perfectly . Quick problem solving is the very much important part over here.

Technical : Technical team is very much well established . Technical team every time monitor software and find out the error over here. Because max time we found huge error under portal site.

Source of these competence is basically market understanding and our HR team is all time monitored the each and everyone results and their performances. It is not so much difficult actually people are so much involved over here that they are very much engaged to do their task.
