Chromatin remodeling is the modification of the chromatin such that it makes DNA more accessible to transcription factors, the make-up of promoter is essential for the binding of RNA Polymerase for transcription so this is involved in regulation of gene expression. Alternative splicing takes place after transcription and Transcription factors are obviously involved in gene expression.

So, The overall size of RNA polymerase is not involved in the regulation of gene expression.
